Description
MUST DO
- Provide above and beyond technical support of client-side systems adhering to organizational IT standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to COTM and LCS for hardware, software, phones, and printers
- Deploy and document technology assets to end users
- Assign and manage administrative access control privileges to end users
- Collaborate with the IT/IS Team to deliver best of breed technology solutions
- Communicate information quickly and accurately to all necessary parties
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS or 2 years of relevant work experience
- Expert knowledge of macOS and Windows 10
- The ability to troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues
- In-depth knowledge of IT ticketing systems and processes
- The ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
BONUS POINTS IF YOU…
- Have experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, VNC, or Remote Desktop
- Deployed client systems in a large-scale environment
- Industry-recognized IT certifications
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- On-call as required
